Understanding of organizational governance structures and compliance
Intermediate understanding of Azure DevOps features including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, and Dashboards
Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering
Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, including PI planning, Epics, and Features

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as Scrum Master for SAFe-aligned teams, including PI planning and execution
Manage stakeholder requirements gathering and ensure clear, actionable backlog items with traceability across program increments
Ensure governance and compliance throughout the SDLC from requirements gathering to deployment and operations
Leverage Azure DevOps features (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, Dashboards) and build insightful analytics dashboards and reports (Power BI integration)

Understanding of organizational governance structures and the importance of compliance
Intermediate-level understanding of ADO features including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, and Dashboards
Expertise in using ADO Analytics views, OData queries, and Analytics widgets.
Experience with stakeholder management/requirements gathering
Familiarity with SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and operations
Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and particularly SAFe (given the mention of PIs, Epics, Features).
Advanced PowerBuilder skills in connecting Power BI to ADO (via OData feeds or direct connectors), data modeling and designing insightful dashboards and reports.
Basic understanding of Azure cloud services as ADO is part of the Azure ecosystem.
