The Agile Coach is passionate about Agile, communication and group dynamics
Coaching, training, and educating the program on principles and practices of Agile in collaboration with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
Work effectively using agile technical project management methods
Facilitate the agile program processes and their execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive programlevel continuous improvement
Securing, and managing the Agile budget and managing program level financial reporting
Identifying and securing Agile support roles required at the program level or for enablement across multiple teams
Helping facilitate the flow of work in an Agile environment from product idea through designbuildtestoperate for complex customer focused, business critical applications that use a range of cutting edge technologies
Provide handson guidance and training to individual teams and verticals on technical practices and all aspects of AgileLean, including planning and estimation, daily meetings, team collaboration, tracking progress, and retrospectives
Provide coaching and training to product owners, program managers, testers, developers and functional managers on the AgileLean product development process
Develop key strategies to scale AgileLean and move to higher maturity levels
