Role Overview
Our client, a leading consulting organization, is seeking a Project Manager with ServiceNow experience who brings strong people skills, stakeholder diplomacy, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments.
This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure where things are fluid, manage distributed teams across regions, and navigate challenging personalities and situations to ensure work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-related projects within a consulting environment
Serve as the main liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership
Manage and coordinate resources across regions, including visibility into who is working where
Handle difficult stakeholders and situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
Diffuse conflict and drive alignment so teams can focus on delivery
Proactively address small project issues before they escalate into larger risks
Lead project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities
Manage peer and management-level interactions to ensure clarity and accountability
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving client needs
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment
Navigate cultural differences across global teams
