Senior Drupal Developer | AU | WFH

• Development & Maintenance
  

• Build, update, and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 websites, including custom modules and themes.
  
• Support major version upgrades (Drupal 8 → 9 or 9 → 10).
  
• Work across both support and development tasks depending on project allocation.
  
• Review and improve technical documentation and contribute to project delivery standards.
  

• Technical Delivery & Collaboration
  

• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery and collaborate with PMs and technical leads.
  
• Join customer calls when needed and contribute to technical leadership within project teams.
  
• Work with distributed teams (onshore/offshore) in a flexible but structured delivery model.
  

Requirements

• Technical Skills
  

• 5–7 years of professional development experience.
  
• 3–5 years of Drupal experience (Drupal 8/9/10 preferred).
  
• Proven experience upgrading major Drupal versions (8 → 9 / 9 → 10).
  
• Strong understanding of Drupal core APIs and standards.
  
• Experience developing and maintaining custom Drupal modules and themes.
  
• Strong PHP skills with solid OOP fundamentals.
  
• Front-end proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (exposure to modern frameworks such as React is beneficial).
  
• LAMP stack exposure (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP).
  
• Git version control experience.
  
• Composer experience.
  
• Understanding of responsive design principles and performance optimisation.
