Your Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence and brand representation.
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively from home, maintaining organization and productivity.
