Job description

Shadow Light Studios is a creative and production studio working with founders, creators, and brands to build content that scales.

Our work spans social, video, and creator-led storytelling across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We’ve collaborated on content connected to Apple, Monster Energy, Logan Paul, Golden Goose, Fancy Sprinkles, Drink Poppy, Find Your Grind, and more.

We’re hiring a LinkedIn & Instagram Setter to support the sales side of the business by managing outbound and inbound conversations across social platforms.

This role is focused on starting conversations, qualifying leads, and booking calls with founders, creators, and brand operators. You’ll be working from clear messaging frameworks, engaging prospects through LinkedIn and Instagram DMs, and moving the right people into booked calls.

You won’t be working in a vacuum. You’ll work closely with the core Shadowlight team to ensure conversations are aligned with our positioning, offers, and sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience as a setter, appointment setter, or in a DM-based sales role
  • Strong written communication skills with a natural, conversational tone
  • Comfort handling outbound and inbound conversations on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Ability to follow messaging frameworks while adapting to real conversations
  • Experience qualifying leads and booking calls
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Consistent, reliable, and comfortable working toward daily activity targets
