You will report directly to the Head of Business Consulting and collaborate closely with a team of skilled project managers and consultants to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions.

Your role will include:

As a Senior Project Manager at CLEVR, your role will be all about navigating projects for various clients. Whether it's a short project or a multi-year endeavor in PLM, you'll be managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders. Our project teams vary in size, from solo acts to deploying a group of many engineers, ensuring diversity in every project.

• Act as the technical and strategic advisor for clients, ensuring PLM solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Leading and coordinating engineering activities, ensuring timely and high-quality technical solutions within budget.
• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing all technical aspects of project delivery.
• Collaborate with project management to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal project execution.
• Collaborate with PLM engineers and technical teams to design, configure, and integrate Teamcenter into complex manufacturing environments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay ahead of PLM trends and Siemens technology advancements, applying best practices to client projects.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven track record of leading large-scale PLM projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Documented experience as a senior project manager or project lead.
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies, system architecture, and customization within Teamcenter or other PLM systems.
• Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and proactive
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to mentor and guide PLM engineers and consultants, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
