  • Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools, and consistently meet daily and weekly call, booking, and follow-up targets.
  • Conduct doctor and clinic outreach to introduce the company, establish initial relationships, and present product introductions clearly and professionally to patients and healthcare partners.

Job description

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Number of hours: 20 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Australian Time zone

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to patients and healthcare providers.

  • Handle appointment setting and scheduling for patient consultations or demos.

  • Perform patient follow-ups to confirm appointments, answer basic inquiries, and ensure continuity of care.

  • Conduct doctor and clinic outreach to introduce the company and establish initial relationships.

  • Present product introductions clearly and professionally to patients and healthcare partners.

  • Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools.

  • Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and follow-up targets.

Qualifications

  • Required: Proven experience in medical cold calling or healthcare outreach.

  • Background in healthcare, medical VA, patient coordination, or medical sales is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call-tracking tools is a must.

  • Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.

  • Experience with appointment setting and follow-up workflows.

  • Strong verbal English communication skills with a professional, patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to explain healthcare or SaaS products clearly and confidently.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call logs and schedules accurately.
