Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Slovak-speaking individuals to join the Tobacco Department as Customer Service Representatives, with the flexibility to work from home in Greece! You will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to tobacco products, ensuring they receive excellent service and accurate information. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and issues related to tobacco products.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to assist with service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
