Your mission
We are seeking a Director-level consulting professional to join our US practice and play a key role in accelerating the firm’s growth and leading complex engagements for financial institutions.
The role combines a strong commercial contribution with senior-level client leadership and delivery ownership. You will lead strategic consulting projects, engage with executive stakeholders at client organizations, expand the firm’s network within the financial services ecosystem, and help shape future opportunities aligned with the firm’s capabilities and roadmap.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, attractive variable compensation, and a clear path to further leadership responsibilities based on performance.
Client Leadership & Engagement Management
- Expand and sustain a strong network of clients within the financial services ecosystem, leveraging existing relationships from prior roles and owning the onboarding of new clients into the firm.
- Represent the firm externally in senior client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
- Act as a primary point of contact and senior advisor to executive stakeholders across banks and financial institutions
- Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers
- Originate, shape, and drive new consulting opportunities, from early client discussions through deal closure
- Proactively identify white spaces and growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Lead and contribute to proposals, commercial structuring, and solution positioning
- Work closely with firm leadership to grow key accounts and expand the firm’s US footprint
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead complex consulting initiatives across areas such as IT, Data, Risk or Finance.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams across consulting, data, and technology
- Own project governance, delivery milestones, and financial performance
- Mentor and develop senior consultants and managers
- Contribute to methodologies, frameworks, and internal accelerators
- Help shape the culture, standards, and strategic direction of the US practice
