Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients navigating their travel experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to travel and accommodation.
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations, travel itineraries, and any travel-related services.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for destinations, attractions, and activities to enhance the client experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay current on industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
