Job description

This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to end users in a technology-driven environment. As an End User Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients by resolving their queries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding support to end users in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing various applications and systems effectively.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
  • Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the support.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product updates to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Experience in an end user support role or in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote assist tools is a significant plus.
