Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our online sales channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth digital storefront operations, effective marketing campaigns, and excellent customer experiences across all eCommerce platforms.

Position: eCommerce Specialist

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am – 4:00pm PH Time; 100% Remote - Full time

Holidays: TBD


Responsibilities:

      • Manage and maintain online stores on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
      • Upload and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
      • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing.
      • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
      • Coordinate inventory, promotions, and fulfillment with internal teams.
      • Identify opportunities to improve online store performance, including CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
      • Stay updated on eCommerce trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
      • Provide reports on sales, campaign performance, and key metrics to management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Experience handling New Zealand or Australian accounts is required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
