In a world of infinite scrolling, design is the hook. As a Graphic Designer at High Scale, you sit at the intersection of aesthetics and performance. Your work doesn’t just look good—it drives clicks, installs, and purchases.
You understand that in 2025, clean branding alone isn’t enough. Winning creative balances clarity, speed, and emotion. You know how to design for thumbs, not billboards—and how to adapt visuals to the fast-moving language of TikTok, Instagram, and paid social.
If you obsess over why some ads pop and others get ignored, this is your playground.
Design static and motion-ready assets for paid social, TV, and digital placements (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta, YouTube, OTT).
Translate creative briefs, performance insights, and brand guidelines into clear, compelling visuals.
Support video ads with high-impact thumbnails, end cards, overlays, and supporting graphics.
Structure visuals around direct-response principles (Hook → Value → Proof → CTA).
Create multiple design variations (copy, layout, color, hierarchy) to support A/B testing.
Optimize for mobile-first consumption: bold text, clear hierarchy, instant readability.
Design using platform-native aesthetics: trending fonts, layouts, emojis, stickers, and UI-inspired elements.
Avoid the “over-designed” look that kills authenticity and performance.
Collaborate closely with UGC editors to ensure visual consistency across static and video formats.
Produce high volumes of creative quickly without sacrificing quality.
React fast to performance feedback from media buyers (e.g., “Bigger headline,” “Clearer CTA,” “More contrast”).
Continuously refine designs based on what the data says—not personal preference.
1–3 years of experience designing for paid social, DTC brands, or performance marketing (Agency or Freelance).
You understand what stops the scroll on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta in 2025.
You follow trends—but know when to break them for performance.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with Figma for collaboration and rapid iteration.
Bonus: Experience designing assets that integrate into video workflows (overlays, captions, end cards).
You can communicate a product’s value in 1–2 seconds visually.
Strong sense of hierarchy, contrast, and composition.
You know how to design for clarity, urgency, and emotion.
Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
You don’t get attached to designs—you optimize based on results.
You can juggle multiple brands, styles, and priorities seamlessly.
Strong English proficiency is required.
You can interpret creative direction, ask the right questions, and collaborate remotely with producers, editors, and strategists.
