Global Footcare is seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our global team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting executive communications, and maintaining accuracy across business systems and workflows.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in handling executive inboxes, supporting projects, and working across tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business systems. A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, will be critical to success in this role.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong administrative and operational support background
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Experience managing executive email inboxes and communications
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP or other cloud-based business systems (basic understanding is a plus)
Experience in project coordination or technology-related support is an advantage
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
