  • Prioritize roadmap by considering market trends, customer needs, and technical debt; communicate clear requirements to engineering and collaborate with design
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, define success metrics, track KPIs, and iterate based on data-driven insights; maintain strong stakeholder relationships

As a Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Product Manager, you will define strategy, roadmap, and requirements to prevent money laundering, fraud, and illicit financing. You will manage the the entire product development lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance (AML/KYC/Sanctions) while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation. You will analyze regulations, develop appropriate controls, and oversee performance metrics for compliance systems.

  • Own the detailed prioritization of your product’s roadmap, balancing new feature development and technical debt.

  • Written your own smart contract or dApp.
  • Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
