What You’ll Do

The Sales Executive is responsible for growing and managing relationships with large, multi‑location retail customers across our three brands. This role combines strategic selling, relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue and long‑term partnerships.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze data to develop insights that inform strategic business decisions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align business development goals with overall company strategy.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations for client pitches.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Provide feedback to enhance products/services based on client needs and market demands.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or related field) or related/equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong CRM proficiency and data‑driven sales approach
  • Strong understanding of the retail market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-60%.
