Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in building a healthy sales pipeline and supporting the organisations growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, databases, and networking.
Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce products or services.
Qualification: Assess prospects needs and determine their suitability for the companys offerings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
