Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator/Appointment Setter to support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensuring effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
  • Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce products or services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls for senior sales representatives with qualified prospects.
  • Qualification: Assess prospects needs and determine their suitability for the companys offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
