Job description

For Linklaters Poland, we are currently recruiting for the Partnership Finance Assistant Accountant role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, confident and committed individual to join a high-performance global finance team in a world-leading professional services firm and potentially work towards a professional finance qualification.

As an Assistant Accountant in our Partnership Finance team, you will have a pivotal role in providing a high-quality service to the firm's 500 equity partners across the world through a wide range of regular and ad hoc processes.

You will be part of a team responsible for allocating and paying out the firm's global profits to partners, managing the firm's capital and supporting partners in most financial aspects of their partnership lifecycle from election to cessation and beyond.

Working closely with finance and tax colleagues at the London head office and across the globe, this role is varied, challenging and complex.

It offers opportunities to gain a wide range of skills and experience, through on-the-job training, support from experienced professionals and, after 6 – 12 months, full support for a finance qualification (ACCA).

We are looking for:

  • Excellent numeracy, interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent English

  • A dynamic, proactive and cooperative approach to work

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management

  • A focus on high standards and customer satisfaction

  • A desire for continuous professional and personal development.

The fully remote role will be based in Poland and will require close cooperation through ad hoc and planned daily Teams calls with other Partnership Finance team members based in the UK and Poland.

Training and support will be provided through both Teams and planned visits to London.

As well as excellent opportunities for training and long-term development, the role has a competitive salary and a market-leading range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life and travel insurance.
