Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering, ERP or Oracle Consulting, Solution Design, Implementation and Support, Project and Risk Management, IT Management, Leadership, Shared Services, and has experience working in an onshore-offshore model.

Business Analysis and Intelligence, Budgeting and Forecasting, Information Security, Governance, Business Process controls, Customer and Vendor relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit.


As a Project Manager, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for the implementation of the Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, support, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. As a project manager who can closely partner with Human Resources professionals, Finance professionals at all levels of the company to understand, advise, and deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for the business.


In this position, you will be responsible for working primarily on Oracle Cloud solutions for clients, Business Process Controls, Customer and Vendor Relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Project Planning. The work is not limited to Oracle as you may be involved in other company process development/improvement activities. The company encourages employees to sharpen and enhance their competencies by providing various roles. Applicant should be able to communicate with various organization levels effectively, from staff members to executives. Documentation and review of Consulting & Professional Services related to RFP/RFI's, SOW, MSA, etc.




Requirements

  • 12+ years of ERP experience with ERP project management experience with a strong focus on HCM and Financials implementations
  • 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects
  • At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-lifecycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with c-level client staff, technical staff, and application users
  • University degree in business, computer science, or equivalent
  • Active PMP Certification

Responsibilities:


  • Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects
  • Participate and ensure proposal, estimation, and scope for a project are completed
  • Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, scheduling, and the success of the project
  • Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation
  • Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
  • Assist clients in fully integrating the Oracle Cloud system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
  • Accountable for project profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction
  • Provide occasional direct project management on selected projects
  • Interface and influence client leadership including management of client expectations and accountability. Identify new opportunities with current clients
  • Prepare responses to competitive RFPs and prepare statements of work, payment schedules, and associated documents
  • Review and edit Functional and Technical project deliverables
  • Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering ERP solutions
