High level degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject
Minimum 7 years experience in team and project management in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment
Minimum 7 years experience in leading SW delivery services in an international environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to a non technical audience

About Role:
This is a unique role where, delivery, Agile, Scrum, customer facing skills all come together! This resource will partner with a large client, working between their business, 3rd party players, internal scrum team, internal project managers, internal product engineering , etc. Must be able and passionate about collaboration, coordination and delivery of features functionality and other product offerings!
Proven success of projects programs products working in Project Management, Program Management, Product Owner, Delivery Manager type capacities. Technically savvy w Software Development , InfoSec, Infrastructure, DevOps, etc. - need to be able to communicate well with product engineering team, but also have realistic conversations with customer on what can can't be done and in what timeframe Proven experience creating project plans, milestone schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk mitigation, documentation and communication of project status to execs and customers, product implementation, etc. Proven experience and passion for Scrum.
Job Role:

Resolve escalated issues according to the applicable governance escalation procedures;
Work in close relationship with product owners and project managers to manage their expectations and measure their satisfaction;
Manage the relationship with local suppliers and participate in the governance of global suppliers;
Meet regularly with the other heads of department to increase the level of engagement and ensure great customer service.
Requirements
