Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Travel Required: Up to 50%

Summary:
Symbiotic Services is seeking a qualified Migration Project Engineer for a leading cloud solutions provider. The role is focused on managing and executing cloud migration projects and providing support across Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cloud and IT infrastructure migration projects.
• Manage transformation of applications/services from physical data centers to Azure.
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Assist with Microsoft Azure setup (IaaS, PaaS, ARM templates, Blueprints).
• Develop tools for cloud operations including monitoring and automation.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, and related tools.
• Handle client support tickets and assist in IT support tasks.
• Provide help desk support via phone, webchat, and in-person.

Work Conditions:
• Occasional after-hours support.
• Ability to work from client sites, home office, or company office.
• Extended sitting and computer usage.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in cloud migration projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of O365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with networking, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong communication skills across various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licenses.
• Degree in a business or tech-related field; MBA a plus.
