Project Solutions Executive
Location: Remote (Midwestern Region of the United Sates)

Overview:
Symbiotic Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Solutions Executive on behalf of a global leader in industrialized construction. This firm is redefining how high-performing, adaptable interior environments are built across workplace, healthcare, education, and public sector markets using advanced prefabrication systems and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by identifying and securing opportunities with General Contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and solution-oriented engagement.
  • Represent the organization at events and client meetings to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate early in the project lifecycle to deliver optimal modular solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to develop detailed project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Lead technical discussions around integration, logistics, and compliance.
  • Serve as the client’s primary contact through to contract finalization.
  • Ensure smooth transition to operations while monitoring ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project follow-ups to identify new opportunities and gather insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to guide business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong industry relationships, particularly with General Contractors in preconstruction, estimating, and PM roles.
  • Proven success closing multi-million-dollar commercial construction deals.
  • Background in B2B sales or account management in construction or modular building sectors.
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, modular systems, and project delivery methods.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications.
