Job Description:

Solverhood is in search of an experienced Account Manager to enhance our capabilities in onboarding, proposal development, and project management. This role is crucial for scaling our operations, particularly for our SaaS and service products, with a focus exclusively on our global client base. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse projects and client relationships, ensuring seamless integration and efficient management of our services on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline and scale the onboarding process for global clients.
  • Develop and present clear, impactful proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Efficiently manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for global clients, fostering strong, productive relationships.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including Ads, SEO, and Data Analytics.
  • Previous agency or relevant work experience as an Account Manager or a similar role involving direct client interaction.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client communication & project management & digital marketing projects. 
  • Exceptional English skills, with a preference for candidates having English business experience.
  • Proven project management skills, with an ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.

  • Ability to understand and articulate client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and CRM software.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Legal Costs Covered: All legal costs, including taxes, will be fully handled by Solverhood.
  • Net Salary Range: $1500 - $1900  /month
  • Vacation Time: Two weeks of vacation in the first year, with an increase in vacation time in subsequent years.
