Requisitos

Experiencia en identificación, atracción y selección de perfiles IT
Networking
Gestión de la experiencia del candidato durante todo el proceso de selección, desde la primera toma de contacto hasta la incorporación.

Valoramos experiencia en herramientas de recruiting, aunque si no las conoces te las enseñaremos. 

Importante disponer de actitud positiva, puedes tener mucha experiencia pero si tu actitud y ganas no combinan, es difícil que el puesto sea tuyo.

Ventajas

Podrás pasar a plantilla de los headhunters una vez superado el primer año, si así lo deseas. 
Posibilidad de salario fijo más comisiones, preguntar en entrevista.
