Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle cloud procurement development and support. As an Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure timely closure of all technical objects and provide effective support for procurement-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Cloud Procurement Development and Support: Utilize your expertise in Oracle cloud procurement to develop and support various procurement modules and functionalities.
   

2. Client Interaction: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the closure of technical objects within the defined time frame.
   

3. Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to interact and collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.
   

4. Global Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a team environment that spans regions across the globe, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.
   

5. Support Window: Be ready to work in the 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (ET) support window, which corresponds to the 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST), and handle Level 1 and Level 2 tasks.
   

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle cloud procurement development and support.
   

2. In-depth knowledge of Oracle cloud procurement modules and functionalities.
   

3. Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud Procurement configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
   

4. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively and team members.
   

5. Ability to work effectively in a global team environment, collaborating across different time zones.
   

6. Flexibility to work during the 9 AM to 5 PM ET support window and handle Level 1 and Level 2 tasks.
   

7. Oracle Cloud Certifications in Procurement or related areas will be a plus.
   

8. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials and other Oracle Cloud modules will be an advantage.
   

9. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
   

10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
