Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Frontend Development with a focus on Bootstrap to join our team. This advanced role involves evaluating technical candidates for various senior-level frontend development positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in Bootstrap development methodologies, tools, and practices, along with a strong ability to mentor and guide the technical assessment process.

  • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development roles, with at least 5 years specializing in Bootstrap development.
  • Deep understanding of Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Experience with integrating Bootstrap with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, npm, yarn).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others.
  • Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Bootstrap development trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in Bootstrap or related frontend development technologies.
  • Significant experience in a technical hiring or technical assessment role.
  • Leadership or managerial experience in a frontend development team, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Experience contributing to open-source Bootstrap projects or communities.
  • Familiarity with testing technologies such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
