Trumpet Teacher - Remote Job

This is a remote position.

• Provide trumpet lessons to students, focusing on technique, repertoire, music theory, and performance skills.
  
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's individual goals, abilities, and learning styles.
  
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  
• Prepare students for performances, auditions, and competitions as needed.
  
• Encourage and inspire students to develop a love for music and trumpet playing.
  
• Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians regarding lesson schedules, progress, and expectations.
  
• Stay updated with new teaching methodologies, music trends, and trumpet repertoire.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in trumpet playing and a strong understanding of music theory.
  
• Previous teaching experience, preferably with a diverse range of students.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their musical goals.
  
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching music.
  
• A degree in music or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  

• Experience in ensemble coaching or conducting.
  
• Familiarity with various musical styles (classical, jazz, contemporary, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of music technology and its integration into teaching (recording, digital notation, etc.).
