As a Teacher Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified educators to join our institution. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top teaching talent, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified teachers.
Utilize various channels (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Build a strong talent pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for teaching positions.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' teaching abilities, experience, and cultural fit within the institution.
Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise with hiring managers and sales team to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Interview Coordination and Selection:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the selection process, facilitating decision-making by providing comprehensive candidate assessments.
Onboarding Support:
Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Provide support and guidance to new teachers during their initial integration into the institution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the education sector.
Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess teaching skills and evaluate candidates effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
