The Role:

  • This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role focused entirely on closing. There’s no cold calling—every lead has already inquired and asked us to contact them. Our appointment-setting team books your calendar, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, guiding prospects, and closing sales.
  • You’ll help motivated adults understand how Achieve can accelerate their degrees and career paths, delivering a mix of purpose and performance in every conversation.


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with warm, qualified leads.

  • Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process.

  • Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions.

  • Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management.

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (fully ramped* reps average $9-$18). *reps considered fully ramped by week 11.

Schedule:

Remote hours based on U.S. Eastern time and serving all U.S. Eastern Time Zones.
