Job description

This is a remote position.


  • The 3D Visualizer will create state-of-the-class rendered 3D views and walkthroughs – Interior and Exterior to showcase Tejjy Inc.’s services using high-quality BIM & construction licensed software strictly with the use of original images. 
  • Follow inputs from the technical team and use REVIT Models to create 3D renderings in a suitable rendering tool like 3Ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent.  
  • Apply suitable lighting, material, and ambiance settings to the views as required and create visually pleasing views. 
  • Brainstorm new rendering concepts. 
  • Independently produce photo-realistic renderings and artistically detailed design drawings that effectively convey concepts and designs; Ensure all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible. 
  • Assisting with planning decisions 
  • Create incredibly realistic exterior, interior, landscape visuals, and animation using V-ray or equivalent renderer. 
  • Keep an eye for detail to enhance visuals/walkthroughs with the use of industry-standard tools, applications, software, and plug-in. 
  • Stay updated with the latest software and technologies used in the visualization field. 
  • Improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. 
  • Make sure that no copyright issues arise. 
  • Work under deadlines. 


Requirements


  • 2+ years’ experience on rendering, Revit Software & 3D Visualization in AEC industry. 
  • Sound knowledge of V- Ray/Corona Renderer/ Lumion/ Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya/ 3d SketchUp. 
  • Experience in creating informative animated videos. 
  • Architecture degree preferred.
