The Opportunity: Your Path to CBDO 

We are looking for a strategic "Driver" to take ownership of our international expansion. This is a high-impact role with a clear, mid-term career trajectory:

You will start by collaborating closely with our current Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth outside the DACH region. We are looking for a candidate with the ambition and potential to grow into the role of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). This position is designed for someone ready to prove their impact internationally and subsequently take full strategic ownership of the department in the future.

Your Mission 

You will be the key figure in taking imito’s success global. You will build and nurture partner and customer relationships internationally, working closely with our Product and Marketing teams to align our solutions with global market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive International Expansion: Identify new market segments and lead the strategy to enter international markets.

  • Build Strategic Ecosystems: Establish and manage high-level partnerships with international hospital chains, software manufacturers (HIS/EMR), and research institutions.

  • Generate Revenue: Actively acquire new customers and develop sales strategies tailored to international territories.

  • Execute Sales: Plan and conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations for prospective international clients.

  • Represent imito: Act as the face of the company at major international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.

  • Collaborate: Work with marketing to create sales materials and technical documentation that resonate with an international audience.



Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • International Health Tech Experience: You have several years of experience in selling digital solutions or managing partnerships within the healthcare sector, specifically in international markets.

  • Future C-Level Mindset: You are a "Driver" with a hands-on mentality, capable of working autonomously and thinking strategically about value chains in healthcare.

  • Technical Fluency: You possess a deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, DICOM, MIO) and how they apply globally.

  • Education: A degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Technology, or a comparable qualification is an advantage.

  • Languages: You are business fluent in English (required for international business). German skills are highly valued for internal coordination but are secondary to international competence. French is a plus.
