Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Placement Development Representative / Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts. The Placement Development Representative will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, matching them to available positions, and promoting them to placement managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Search our current database and applicant tracking system for potential candidates, utilizing keywords and criteria to identify suitable matches for available positions.

Conduct telephone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, experiences, and suitability for specific roles, gathering detailed information to inform placement decisions.

Support the highest biller in the organization by providing assistance with candidate sourcing, screening, and profile development, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Analyze vacancy information provided by placement managers to understand job requirements and match candidates' skill sets and experiences accordingly.

Evaluate candidates' experiences, qualifications, and skill sets to create shortlists for vacancies, considering factors such as relevance, suitability, and potential fit within client schools or institutions.

Write compelling candidate profiles to showcase their qualifications, experiences, and strengths to placement managers, highlighting their suitability for specific positions.

Proactively search job boards and other online platforms to identify potential candidates for vacancies, initiating conversations to assess their interest and suitability for available positions.

Take initiative and be proactive in identifying and pursuing recruitment opportunities, consistently striving to exceed targets and achieve results.

Requirements


4 - 5 experience in recruitment and/or sales is necessary.

Experience in the education recruitment sector is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Must take initiative and be proactive in sourcing and engaging candidates.

Technologically savvy, preferably with experience using Hubspot and/or Zoho Recruit.

Proficiency in using CRM systems or recruitment software is desirable.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
