Role overview:


The Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end client delivery across multiple accounts and internal group businesses. This role ensures that retainers and projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest standard of quality, while balancing client expectations, internal resources, and commercial objectives.

You will act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, driving momentum, accountability, and delivery excellence.


Key responsibilities:


Lead end-to-end client delivery across assigned projects and accounts.

Manage tight deadlines and ensure all milestones are met.

Own and control project budgets to ensure commercial targets are achieved.

Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Produce and deliver weekly project status reports.

Plan, schedule, and manage internal and external resources effectively.

Work with internal and external delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Ensure all outputs meet the original brief, agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

Lead client meetings to provide progress updates and capture actions for delivery.

Liaise with internal teams to translate briefs into accurate timelines and estimates.

Arrange and manage client meetings to clarify requirements and priorities.

Provide regular status updates and attend client calls based on account needs.

Perform administrative tasks to maintain structured, well-organised project delivery.

Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, and delivery trackers.

Work efficiently and maintain our internal systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Harvest and ClickUp.



Requirements


Ability to build successful working relationships with both clients and colleagues and inspire confidence in all directions.

Proven experience of managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle.

Calm under pressure and comfortable working with tight deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins.
