About The Climate Accelerator:

The Climate Accelerator is Climate Collective Foundation's flagship platform running market acceleration programs dedicated to helping early-stage climate tech startups. The Climate Accelerator is a 4-stage accelerator – that helps climate tech startups validate market fit and strengthen their GTM strategies.

Position Overview:

As a Climate Accelerator Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our program's mission to drive innovation and change in the climate tech space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about startups, sustainability, project management and is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach and Engagement:

·        Assist in outreach efforts to connect with potential startup applicants across South Asia.

·        Contact and engage with relevant organizations, partners, and stakeholders for collaboration and program promotion.

·        Contribute to market surveys and data collection to better understand the climate tech landscape.

  • Communication and Content:

·        Help develop and implement communication strategies, including content creation for social media, newsletters, and program-related materials.

·        Support the organization of events, webinars, and workshops to engage the climate tech community.

  • Stakeholder Relations:

·        Establish and nurture relationships with startups, mentors, and key stakeholders.

·        Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and feedback collection to understand the needs and challenges of climate tech startups.

  • Project Coordination:

·        Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling of meetings, and tracking of project milestones.

·        Assist in data management, analysis, and reporting.



Requirements

Qualifications:

·        A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related area).

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Passion for climate tech and a commitment to making a positive environmental impact.

·        Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

·        Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing is a plus.
