About Us: Climate Collective Foundation (CCF)

Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of 40 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges. 

About the Role

The Analyst-Education will play a key role in supporting the execution and growth of learning and engagement programs under the Startup Earth Centre (SEC). The role involves coordinating outreach and marketing efforts, managing learner communication, organizing program activities such as webinars and events, and engaging with universities and ecosystem partners to expand program visibility and impact.

The Analyst will also maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reports while continuously contributing ideas to enhance program quality and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute outreach and marketing activities across email and social media platforms to build awareness and engagement

·       Coordinate program activities including scheduling, speaker sessions, webinars, and events to ensure seamless execution.

·       Manage learner communications, monitor progress, and prepare regular updates and reports for the team.

·   Support engagement with universities, ecosystem partners, and community networks to strengthen the reach of programs under the entrepreneurship education vertical.

·       Maintain accurate program documentation, dashboards, and trackers to ensure quality and timeliness.

·       Collect feedback and contribute ideas to enhance and continuously improve SEC and other programs.



Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.

·       1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education program support, community building, or similar roles.

·       Experience working with academic institutions, startup ecosystems, or non-profit/impact-driven organizations is an advantage.

·       Experience with event coordination, social media and email outreach campaigns, and stakeholder communication is preferred.

 

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on execution and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms such as Google Workspace/MS Office, CRM or email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to manage dashboards, trackers, and documentation with accuracy and consistency.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support program improvements and learner engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

 

Reporting Matrix

The Analyst-Education will report to the Partner.

Location
