3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in the Australian market, ideally in executive search or professional recruitment

Strong client-facing communication, initiative, ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Own end-to-end recruitment for per diem and permanent roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing (phone/Teams), candidate management, and client coordination to deliver timely placements
Build and manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, provide updates, ensure client satisfaction, and support day-to-day projects with the director
Post jobs and manage recruitment marketing: maintain regular LinkedIn activity (2-3 posts per week), use ATS (JobAdder) and MS Office for sourcing and coordination, and conduct candidate debriefs and client interviews
Meet placement targets and drive results: achieve a minimum of three placements per quarter and assist with business development and HR/admin tasks as needed

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, managing complex assignments with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. You’ll lead candidate sourcing, screening, and client coordination while ensuring each placement is completed in a cost-effective and timely manner. With your strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions, you’ll work closely with the Director to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes and help drive the continued growth and success of the business.
What You’ll Do
Identify, interview, and recruit qualified professionals for per diem and permanent assignments.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a point of contact to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct interviews in English via phone and Microsoft Teams.
Use various software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, ATS tools (e.g., JobAdder), and presentation software.
Provide general administrative and human resource support.
Own assigned tasks and drive results.
Manage projects and assist the director with day-to-day tasks.
Post and manage job ads proactively, including regular LinkedIn activity (2–3 posts per week).
Facilitate candidate debriefs and client interviews.
Meet placement targets with a minimum of three placements per quarter.
Assist in business development research and client management as needed.

Over 3 years of proven experience as a 180 Recruiter within the Australian market, ideally in Executive Search or professional recruitment.
Experienced in recruiting for complex, hard-to-fill roles across pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with confidence in client-facing communication.
Proficient in using ATS tools such as JobAdder, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Advanced skills in LinkedIn sourcing, outreach, and opportunity identification.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong consultative interviewing skills focused on understanding candidate motivations and fit.
Able to manage deadlines and adapt to urgent recruitment needs effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in achieving recruitment goals.
Thrives under pressure and maintains performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
