Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
The Salesforce Technical Architect is accountable for the end-to-end technical architecture, build quality, and engineering standards of Salesforce solutions delivered across client programs. This role leads technical design decisions across Salesforce clouds and integrated systems to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable. You will operate across delivery leadership, hands-on engineering oversight, and client advisory, guiding teams from design through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Architecture & Engineering Leadership
  • Own the technical architecture across Salesforce programs, including data model, integration patterns, automation strategy, environment strategy, and deployment approach.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, security controls, and DevOps practices.
  • Make architecture trade-offs balancing business outcomes, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving for complex build items.
  • Salesforce Build & Custom Development
  • Lead design and development of custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven patterns where appropriate.
  • Drive configuration-first delivery, using code strategically for scale, performance, and user experience.
  • Ensure robust test coverage, quality gates, and release readiness across custom development.
  • Establish reusable patterns for shared services, components, and consistent UX implementation
  • Integration Architecture & Data Strategy
  • Design integrations across internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, Change Data Capture, middleware patterns, and secure authentication.
  • Define data migration and data quality approaches including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
  • Lead architecture for Data Cloud activation where relevant, including identity, ingestion patterns, segmentation enablement, and governed access.
  • Security, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure solutions meet security and privacy requirements including access controls, secure coding, auditability, data classification, and least-privilege design.
  • Identify technical delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans across performance, scalability, integration reliability, and operational supportability.
  • Guide threat-aware architecture decisions including secure integration design, secrets management, and environment controls.
  • Delivery Support & Client Advisory
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to shape technical scope and delivery approach.
  • Translate complex technical decisions into clear, client-friendly explanations including constraints, options, and impacts.
  • Lead technical workshops to clarify non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, security, and support model.
  • Contribute to estimation and implementation planning to ensure realistic scope and predictable delivery quality.
  • AI and Agentforce Enablement
  • Design practical approaches to agentic delivery on Salesforce, including capability shaping, data grounding strategies, and safe automation patterns.
  • Identify AI opportunities that reduce operational effort or improve outcomes and convert these into implementable technical designs.
  • Stay current with Salesforce AI platform changes and embed them into technical recommendations and delivery patterns.
