Our growing travel agency is seeking passionate and detail-oriented Travel Hosts to join our team. You'll specialize in a niche area of luxury travel; crafting unforgettable experiences for clients seeking the finest in comfort, service, and cultural immersion. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel and helping others plan their dream vacations. As a Travel Host, you will work directly with our in-house Travel Agents in planning all aspects of travel, preparing/reviewing quotes, and finding the right traveler to fit the style of your vacation. (This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity with the ability to own your schedule and supplement your current income--or even replace it in full!).

Here's what you'll do:

• Craft personalized itineraries for clients in your chosen niche (luxury travel, cruises, Caribbean escapes, safaris, European adventures, Asian journeys)
  
• Research and recommend top-tier accommodation, transportation options, and exclusive experiences
  
• Secure bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest offerings in your niche

• Proficiency in travel booking software and online research tools
  

• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates

• Determine clients' wants, needs, preferences, and budget

• Research, organize, and book all trip plans, including hotel stays, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities

• Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients

• Complete ongoing training and stay up to date with travel industry changes and restrictions
