Mandarin Speaking Robotics Product and Project Management Specialist

Our innovative tech client is seeking a talented and communicative Robotics Product and Project Management Specialist to join our Overseas Marketing Services Team. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project, ensuring smooth implementation and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities:

·         Robotics Operation & Demonstration: Learn and master the operation of products, being able to clearly, professionally, and persuasively showcase product features and applications to clients.

·         Solution Explanation & Client Support: Understand the technical background of our products and provide clear, logical, and easy-to-understand solution explanations to clients, addressing any technical questions.

·         Project Management: Assist in managing the full product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, product design, development, testing, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.

·         Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, sales, and technical support teams to ensure project progress and alignment with client needs.

·         Problem Solving & Optimization: Independently address and solve any technical or project management issues that arise during project implementation, continuously improving the product and project outcomes.

·         Exhibitions & Client Visits: Participate in robotics industry-related exhibitions with the team, showcase products, and engage with clients. Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions to ensure their success, as well as visiting existing and potential clients to gather market feedback and promote product adoption.

·         Travel Requirements: This position will involve travel within the UK, attending client visits, exhibitions, and technical exchanges with the team.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.

·         Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to confidently present products and explain technical solutions in front of clients.

·         Strong desire to learn and quickly master the operation of robotics products, offering technical support to clients as needed.

·         Basic understanding of project management, capable of assisting in managing various stages of product development to ensure smooth project execution.

·         Excellent cross-department communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·         A certain level of technical understanding to comprehend and explain the product's technical background and applications.

·         Experience in operating robotics or a related technical background.

·         Project management certifications (such as PMP) or project management experience.

·         Familiarity with AI, IoT, and robotics technologies, with insights into their applications and future development.
