Junior Recruitment Resourcer

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process by researching companies, identifying the right contacts, and ensuring candidate CVs reach the most relevant decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Identify Contacts: Use online tools, LinkedIn, and business platforms to identify potential client companies and decision-makers.

  • Candidate CV Distribution: Match candidate profiles to suitable opportunities and forward CVs to the correct contacts.

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and well-organized records of outreach, communication, and progress.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and recruiters to ensure candidates are matched effectively.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on research, outreach activity, and outcomes.

  • Professional Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails/messages to ensure candidates are presented effectively.

  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts and candidates.

Requirements

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with search engines, LinkedIn, and business platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in clear, professional English.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (advantageous, but not essential).

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or research is a plus.

  • Ability to work remotely effectively 

  • Strong motivation to grow a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
