4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house team or agency
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools
Strong understanding of core design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and composition

Develop high-quality, on-brand creative assets for Diadem and its sub-brands, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing visuals
Design digital advertising materials across platforms (social ads, display ads, paid media graphics, retargeting creative, etc.)
Support campaign development with promotional assets including banners, emails, landing page graphics, and product launch visuals
Take ownership of ad asset creation from concept to execution, optimizing designs based on performance data and feedback
Job description
Diadem is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a skilled and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our
growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, proven experience in
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and a passion for developing high-performing visual assets. Your primary focus
will be creating performance marketing and advertising graphics that elevate the Diadem brand and drive
measurable results across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, on-brand creative assets for Diadem and its sub-brands, with a strong emphasis
on performance marketing visuals
Design digital advertising materials across platforms (social ads, display ads, paid media graphics,
retargeting creative, etc.)
Support campaign development with promotional assets including banners, emails, landing page
graphics, and product launch visuals
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to ensure all creatives align
with brand guidelines and business objectives
Take ownership of ad asset creation from concept to execution, optimizing designs based on
performance data and feedback
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and advancements in creative tools and
performance marketing
Assist with print-ready files and collaborate with external vendors as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or equivalent professional experience

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools
Strong understanding of core design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and
composition
Experience designing for print (including working with printers and preparing print-ready files)
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Familiarity with social media creative best practices
Copywriting ability
Additional hands-on marketing or advertising experience
