Macrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components of its success. The Data Quality Specialist is a part of the global knowledge management task force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Company’s collective intelligence has been checked to ensure accuracy and completeness to support recruiting teams globally.
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong focus on Data Quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in SQL, Power BI, Data Analysis, and Database Management. Your role will involve ensuring data integrity, developing reports, and providing insights to drive decision-making.
The primary duties of the Data Quality & Cleanup Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:
Serve as the primary resource for identifying, investigating, and resolving data quality issues across core systems, including CRM, databases, and internal data platforms.
Proactively identify gaps, anomalies, duplicates, incomplete entries, and outdated information across datasets.
Support daily quality checks, cleanup, and verification processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Define and apply data quality rules, standards, and workflows to ensure data adheres to organizational requirements.
Review and validate completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with data quality guidelines.
Comply with Company data integrity, security, and confidentiality protocols.
Work closely with the data team to ensure the quality of data in the database is accurate and consistent across all environments.
The Data Quality & Cleanup Specialist will report to the Technology & Innovation Department.
