If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for research, sourcing, and candidate engagement, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a multi-channel sourcing approach, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate outreach using approved messaging templates
• Manage candidate responses and schedule screening calls directly into recruiter calendars
• Request CVs from interested candidates and upload shortlisted profiles into internal systems (e.g., Brunel)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and notes
• Support multiple active roles across Oil & Gas and Mining teams with clear hand-off points to recruiters
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure candidate quality, relevance, and a positive candidate experience
• Provide additional administrative or recruitment support during lower-volume periods, as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, coordination, sales, or customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and market research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a remote, self-directed setup
• Willingness to learn technical and industry-specific terminology
• Collaborative, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones

What We Offer:

• Exposure to large-scale Oil & Gas and Mining recruitment projects
• Opportunity to work closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants in Canada
• Structured training and support for career growth in recruitment
