8 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong experience in Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning
Requirements:
Work directly with customers to analyze requirements, provide solution options, and lead technical design sessions with project teams including the creation of technical design specifications.
Develop Salesforce solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team; coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to manage regular module deliveries and support diverse partner groups through all Salesforce development phases.
Deploy code leveraging CI/CD platforms and lead peer code reviews to ensure quality across the Salesforce platform.

This is a remote position.
Overview :

Responsible for developing solutions in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript and other technologies.
Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates. Coordinate with onsite/offshore to manage regular deliveries for a module.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support.
Deploy codes leveraging CI/CD platform Lead peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across platform.
Requirements Required Skill/Experience: Min 5+ years development experience with Salesforce.com
Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
Should have in-depth experience of Salesforce Lightning components.
Must be familiar with likes of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Should have handled at least 4-5 members team.
Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench) Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.
Have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines.
