Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

Position Type: Contract
Anticipated Duration: 10 months (March 2025 - December 2025)
Location: Midwest (50% onsite, 50% remote)

The Operational Readiness and Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Readiness Lead will manage the change management and readiness activities for the operational departments as they transition to Epic. This role focuses on ensuring that clinical and revenue cycle operations are fully prepared for go-live and post-implementation changes, ensuring a smooth transition to Epic. The Lead will work closely with leadership and teams to assess operational readiness, deliver change management strategies, and ensure all departments are aligned with the new workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the readiness and change management activities for clinical and revenue cycle operations.

- Work with operational leaders to assess departmental readiness for the transition to Epic.

- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for staff and departments.

- Coordinate readiness activities, including training, communication, and system testing.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate any gaps in readiness or potential risks.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for operational workflows.



Requirements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in change management and readiness activities for healthcare systems.

- Experience leading readiness activities in an ambulatory Epic installation is required.

- Strong understanding of clinical operations and revenue cycle management within healthcare.

- Proven track record in managing organizational change and transitions for large-scale IT projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expected Travel:

50% onsite travel in the Midwest.

Expected Schedule:

Full-time, with flexibility during critical readiness and go-live phases.




Salary: 140000
