3+ years of experience integrating applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ (e.g., Active Directory and Azure AD integrations)
Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and SCIM, REST and XML web services integrations
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in production environments
Strong knowledge of information security, Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SailPoint connectors, and related identity lifecycle capabilities (provisioning, SSO, password management, audits, and role management)
Requirements:

This is a remote position.
For an International institution in Geneva, we are looking for a FULL REMOTE SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Engineer, to provide support for the client’s SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Candidates need to be fluent in English. This positions is long-term. You will participate in all SailPoint deployment activities such as connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration, build and configure reports.
Candidates need to be willing to work CET European hours
Tasks and responsibilities:
Ongoing operational support of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms, monitoring and troubleshooting;
Develop and implement connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies and reports;
Actively participate in application onboarding, role analysis and workflow development activities;
Develop and implement connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies and report;
Designs and implements Microsoft Azure Infrastructure: Design Identity, Governance, and Monitoring Solutions;
Design Data Storage Solutions;
Design Business Continuity Solutions; Design Infrastructure Solutions;
Liaise with the information security team to review the integration of required security modules;
Profile:
+3 years of experience with integrating different type of applications within SailPoint: Active Directory and Azure AD integrations;
Databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL);
SCIM integrations. REST & XML web services integrations;
Hands-on experience installing, developing, configuring and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in administration and maintenance of production SailPoint IdentityIQ platform;
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Information Security,Identity & Access Governance (IAG), and SailPoint technologies;
Proven experience with Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning,Directory Services, Password Management, Single Sign-On(SSO), Audit & Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management;
Solid understanding and experience with SailPoint connectors;
Skills in dealing with Java EE or Microsoft .NET environment;
In-depth knowledge developing and scripting, such as Java, Javascript, PowerShell, SQL, etc;
