Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team on a contractual basis! This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to drive growth. The ideal candidate will live in the greater Cleveland, Akron, or Canton area and beyond and possess a passion for digital marketing and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients in the Cleveland/Akron/Canton region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and sell No Name Marketing's range of services (digital marketing, ERP/Zoho development, IT services, SEO, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with potential commission on overall contract amounts
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Track and report sales activity and results

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Prospecting – Ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively
  • Lead Generation – Skilled in developing strategies to attract new business opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management – Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation – Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms
  • Presentation Skills – Ability to present products and services persuasively to potential clients
  • Product Knowledge – Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, web development, and IT services
  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management – Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Target Achievement – Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • CRM Systems – Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools to track leads and sales progress

Compensation:
This is a contract-based position with potential commission opportunities tied to total sales from contracts. While the role is fully remote, occasional travel to meet with clients and attend events will be required

Salary: 32,000 to 100,000
