We review and analyze client systems and work with them to design and implement solutions that enable our clients to take advantage of the latest technology available.


We are seeking a skilled, highly-motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the CloudSquad team. As an SDR you will play a key role in identifying, and creating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate interest in our products/services and drive pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social selling

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales executives to further assess customer needs

  • Research and understand prospects' businesses, industries, and pain points to effectively position our solutions

  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system

  • Continuously refine and improve outbound sales processes and strategies

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, prospecting, or appointment setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards achieving goals

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with outbound prospecting in the IT industry

  • Knowledge of prospecting techniques and tools

  • Positive and relentless attitude
